Image usage

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, I may use selected images from commissioned work for:

• My website

• Portfolio

• Social media

• Marketing material

• Award submissions

This never includes private wedding photographs or confidential commercial work where clients have requested privacy.

Model releases may be requested where appropriate.

Image storage

Photographs are stored securely using encrypted cloud storage and local backups.

While I make every effort to archive client work, permanent storage cannot be guaranteed. Clients are encouraged to download and back up their final images once delivered.


Booking Policy

A booking is confirmed once:

• A booking agreement has been accepted

• Any required deposit has been received

Dates cannot be held without confirmation.


Payment Policy

Invoices are payable by the date stated on the invoice.

Late payments may delay delivery of final photographs.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

If a client needs to reschedule, I will always do my best to accommodate another available date.

Deposits are generally non-refundable unless I am unable to fulfil the booking.

Wedding bookings may have separate cancellation terms outlined within the booking agreement.

Copyright

All photographs remain the copyright of EDVisuals unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients receive a licence to use delivered images for their intended purpose.

Commercial licensing can be discussed separately.
